ACRC Signs MOU With GEA Mining

American Condor Resources Corporation (“ACRC” or the “Company”) announced today the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding “MOU” with GEA Mining Ltd. (“GEA”), a Peruvian based late stage base and precious metals mine production company.
Martin Gallon, ACRC Chief Geologist, stated: “GEA represents a unique opportunity to participate in the funding of a permitted 500 ton per day operation with the ability to produce three products as they are configured with floatation, gravity and cyanide leach capacities to produce copper concentrate, gold and silver dore bars and gold and silver activated carbon.” Both parties agreed to not disclose final financial arrangements prior to closing of a transaction between ACRC and GEA.
